Garde Executive Awarded State Arts Administration Fellowship

The Connecticut Commission on Culture & Tourism has selected Steve Sigel, Executive Director of the Garde Arts Center, to receive the Elizabeth L. Mahaffey Arts Administration Fellowship for the year 2010.
