(New London, CT) The Garde Arts Center, Southeastern Connecticut’s non-profit regional performing arts center in downtown New London, is now offering an on-line giving program on its website www.gardearts.org.

According to Executive Director Steve Sigel, “This is an initiative to improve the patron-donor web experience by offering the convenience of secure online, tax-deductible giving for Garde patrons and donors through Acceptiva, a managed online donation company for non-profit organizations.”
The online giving program will supplement mail and phone solicitations as part of the Garde’s annual fundraising campaign to help support the programs, services, and facilities of the cultural institution. To meet its annual operating expenses, the Garde must raise $600,000 each year in support from government, corporation, and foundation contributions, and from individual donors.
