To make your experience more enjoyable we have developed the following guidelines:

• We ask that you designate ONE TEACHER from your school to be the point person for reserving tickets.
  
• Once you place your reservation, you will receive a CONTRACT by fax or mail that you must return to CONFIRM your reservation. No Schooltime orders will be considered confirmed until the signed contract is received at the Box Office
  
• The contract stipulates the DEPOSIT terms, as well as information regarding cancellations and seating.
  
• The bill for your reservation will be sent with confirmation of your order and will stipulate the deposit conditions. Final payment is due two weeks prior to the performance. All ticket sales are final. Make all checks payable to THE GARDE ARTS CENTER. Orders may also be charged on VISA, Master Card or American Express.
  
• Group Ticket Prices: 15 or more $8.00 per ticket; Less than 15 $10.00 per ticket
  
• One free adult chaperone ticket is allotted for every 15 students. Extra chaperone tickets are charged at the student price.
  
• The Garde requires that an adult fill each free seat provided and requests that chaperones be seated among students. Un-chaperoned groups will not be accepted.
  
• Special Assistance: The Garde is equipped with wheelchair seating positions and accessible bathrooms. Wireless listening systems are available by reservation. Please indicate special needs at the time of your reservation.
